CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Wilma Faye Friga, 83, died at 11:55 p.m. June 16, 2009, at the Ratliff Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral arrangements are with the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.
