SIKESTON -- Some Americans may be doing away with their traditional July Fourth travel, but it doesn't seem as though they're foregoing the way they celebrate the holiday -- with fireworks.

"Sales have been good. A lot of people, instead of traveling for the holiday are staying closer to home," said Lewis May of May Brothers Fireworks in Miner.
