Jack Wescoat (left) and Simon Cooper kept close watch on their "snakes" as they grew Thursday afternoon. The boys quickly discovered that it was not only fun to watch them grow but also when done to blow the ashes away as part of their play, Jack is the 4-year-old son of Michelle and John Paul Wescoat and Simon is the 3-year-old son of Andy and Abbie Cooper.
