Arrest made in face cutting

CARUTHERSVILLE -- A Caruthersville woman is in jail for cutting another woman's face.

Tammy Whisnant, 28, of Caruthersville is charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action, a news release from Caruthersville Police Department reported.
