Billy Mitchell

DEXTER -- Billy Ray Mitchell, 57, formerly of Texarkana, Texas, died Aug. 14, 2009, at the Crowley Ridge Care Center in Dexter.

A memorial service will be held at a later date with Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
