Pedestrian hit, killed early today

MOREHOUSE -- A man was killed in an early-morning accident near Morehouse.

The Sikeston Department of Public Safety assisted in the accident, which occurred just after 4 a.m. today at the intersection of Highways 60 and FF. The crime incident report states a male victim trying to cross the highway was hit several times by a semi-truck.
