Officials say Scott County experiencing small growth

SIKESTON -- Scott County commissioners are pleased overall with the direction the county is moving.

"People ask me how Scott County is doing, and we're doing good," said Presiding Commissioner Jamie Burger. "It could always be better, but we could be a whole lot worse."
