SIKESTON -- The Sikeston Bulldogs soccer season got underway on Tuesday afternoon on their home field where the visiting Saxony Lutheran Crusaders escaped with a 1-0 victory. For the Bulldogs, a small lapse in their defense proved costly as a Crusader was left open for a tap-in goal in the second half.
