The Sikeston Department of Public Safety arrested Zatron Twiggs late Friday afternoon with the help of the Cape Girardeau Police Department and Missouri State Highway Patrol. Pictured is Twiggs, 24, following his arrest as an officer watches over him.
SIKESTON -- A fugitive involved in a high-speed chase to Scott City on Aug. 28 was arrested Friday near the Sikeston Bootheel Rodeo grounds.

Zatron Twiggs, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Friday after his vehicle was stopped on North Ingram Road by Sikeston's Special Operations Group.
