Program began in Missouri, now used across the nation and in other countries
SIKESTON -- Twenty-five years after it started, Parents as Teachers is still doing what it set out to do: supporting children and families.
"I don't know anyone who doesn't use Parents as Teachers," said Kristy Taylor, a New Madrid mother of two.
