Hearings set in toddler's death

CARUTHERSVILLE -- A preliminary hearing is set for the mother of a toddler who died of head trauma.

Joanie Danielle Fowler, 21, of Pascola is scheduled to appear at 10 a.m. Nov. 23 before Judge Byron D. Luber in Pemiscot County.
