Seventh graders end season on high note; eighth graders fall

SIKESTON-- The Sikeston junior high seventh grade football team finished their season on a high note, as they defeated the visiting Cape Central junior high Tigers 22-8 Thursday to end the season with a 3-1 record.

The Cape Central eight grade team had better luck than their younger squad, as they downed the Bulldogs 30-8 Thursday evening at Sikeston Public Schools stadium.
