Monday, October 19, 2009

CURRENT RIVER TOURNEY

The Current River Smallmouth Association will have their final circuit event Oct. 17, fishing from Van Buren.

SAFETY FIRST

GOOD FISHING, BIG SPILL

On my latest fishing trip to Mingo, Ron and I caught a couple of messes of fish. We finished the day with nine crappie, two bluegills and three pickerels in the icebox.

UKC COON HUNTS

There are three UKC coon hunting events in the area this weekend.

WATERFOWL BANQUET

Waterfowlers may be interested in attending a banquet for a new chapter of Delta Waterfowl in the area.
