CAPE GIRARDEAU - The Bill Emerson Memorial Bridge will be reduced to a single lane of traffic next week while Missouri Department of Transportation crews make routine repairs. The work will begin at 8 a.m. Monday, weather permitting, and will continue until 4 p.m. Thursday.
