SIKESTON -- With all the dishes from which to choose, Thanksgiving is a time many Americans consume heaping plates of high calorie foods.
But there are some simple things people can make to keep from packing on the pounds when it comes to their Thanksgiving feasts.
"Make little changes," suggested Jody Diebold, RD, LD, CNSD with Missouri Delta Medical Center. "They are better tolerated and it is more likely you are going to stick to them."
