PERRYVILLE -- Peggy Louise Strayhorn, 73, formerly of Cape Girardeau and East Prairie, died Nov. 25, 2009, at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral arrangements are with the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
