Tips given to prevent holiday thievery

SIKESTON - A few precautions can prevent thieves from doing their holiday "shopping" from local businesses, construction sites and farms.

"With the holiday season upon us, the equipment industry needs to prepare for possible theft of equipment," said Sgt. Jim McMillen, Sikeston DPS public information officer.
