Molestation began when child was 11

BENTON -- A rural Scott City man was charged Monday with several sex-related crimes.

David Dubs, 56, of Scott City, was charged with five felony counts of first degree child molestation and five misdemeanor counts of second degree child molestation, according to a news release from Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter.
