City's cost for project would be about $28,000
SIKESTON -- The first step toward Sikeston having a city walking trail was taken during the City Council's first meeting of the year.
Council members approved a bill Monday authorizing the use of Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission STP-Urban Program funds to build a walking trail.
