SIKESTON - On Monday, residents had the opportunity to reflect on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

At the opening of the 24th annual King Day Celebration at the Cornerstone Baptist Church, Dr. Kenneth Holloway urged community members while it is a time of reflection, the day should also be a time to look at the present and the future.
