Portageville suspect tried to flee officers

PORTAGEVILLE -- A Portageville man is in custody on warrants connected to a domestic assault.

At around 9 a.m. Wednesday, the Portageville Police Department received a report from a 17-year-old female who said she was assaulted by her father earlier in the morning.
