Teen arrested on drug charges

CARUTHERSVILLE - An 18-year-old is in jail after his arrest by Caruthersville Police.

At 8:43 a.m. Friday, Caruthersville police arrested James Carter of Caruthersville on a Pemiscot County warrant charging him with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine).
