Service, leadership bring statewide recognition

SIKESTON -- Once Jon Gilmore joined the Sikeston Jaycees, he quickly got hooked on serving the community.

"You see older member that have been part of the organization and a lot of community leaders come out to the meetings," he said. "Being a member of that organization is what spurred me on to become as involved in the community has I have."
