Pharmacy burglary nets two arrests

The Scott County Prosecuting Attorney charged Charles Damon Dobyns of Benton and Carlos R. Miniel of Cape Girardeau with one count of second degree burglary, four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and property damage following their arrest Friday at the Medicap Pharmacy. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only for each.
