Escapee caught Tuesday

BCHARLESTON -- An escapee from the Mississippi County Detention Center is back in custody.

"It's the worst thing a sheriff faces," Keith Moore, Mississippi County sheriff, said about the escape.

Antonio Bogan, 26, of Charleston was being held in the county jail facility on a parole violation and distribution of drug charges, according to Moore.

Moore said Bogan escaped from his jail at about 9 p.m. Saturday and was recaptured at about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
