Hayti man arrested in Caruthersville

CARUTHERSVILLE -- A Hayti man is in custody for possession of a controlled substance.

Around 12:10 a.m. Friday, Caruthersville Police Officers were conducting an investigation into possible drug activities at 309 Highland Apt. 9, according to a news release.
