Three facing charges after meth labs are discovered

PORTAGEVILLE -- The Portageville Police Department is investigating a stolen vehicle turned rolling meth lab.

Around 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, officers attempted to stop a possibly stolen vehicle, according to a news release issued by the department.
