Child Immunization Update: Changes ahead for new school year

SIKESTON -- As way to keep students healthier, incoming kindergarten and eighth grade students will be required to have two new vaccines before the first day of school.

In December, the Missouri Department of Health and Seniors Services announced it revised its Code of State Regulations for School Children, which establishes the minimum immunization requirements.
