Residents clean up mess in yard

CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County's new public nuisance ordinance may already be working as intended -- even if it hasn't had to be enforced yet.

A few residents and the developer of the Arden Banks Subdivision near East Prairie appeared before the County Commission during their Aug. 12 meeting to complain about the condition of a neighbor's yard.
