Missouri playing key role in annual Delta Conference

WASHINGTON, DC -- Missouri is playing a key role this year's Delta Grassroots Caucus annual conference in Washington, DC, with Alternate Federal Co-chairman of the Delta Regional Authority Mike Marshall of Sikeston, Rep. Jo Ann Emerson, Sen. Claire McCaskill and other Missouri leaders among the key participants. The conference began Tuesday and will wrap up Thursday.
