Vehicle pursuit ends with arrest

SIKESTON -- A Sikeston man wanted for possession of cocaine is in jail after leading Sikeston Department of Public Safety officers on a lengthy chase Thursday.

Jermaine A. White, 27, is charged with the class B felony of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and the class D felony of resisting arrest, according to a news release provided by Sgt. Jim McMillen, public information officer for DPS.
