SIKESTON -- The Sikeston Lady Bulldogs tennis team fell to the Charleston Lady Bluejays 7-2 on Monday afternoon.

Sikeston's No. 1 doubles team of Jacarra Lampkin and Kelsey Dial downed Charleston's Madeline Burke and Taylor Duenne 8-3 for one of the Lady Bulldogs' two wins.

Lampkin won her singles match against Burke 8-0 after the Lady Bluejay went down with an ankle injury.

Sikeston will be back in action today when they travel to Fredericktown.
