Sikeston (6-0), for the second straight week, returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown, this time an 88-yard score by James Watson.
It set the tone for the rest of the night as Sikeston scored 28 first quarter points and led 35-0 at the half.
The Bulldogs totaled 480 yards of offense as quarterback Trey Lewis threw for a season-high 190 yards, all by halftime.
Janeil Hatchett, who had a season-high 136 yards receiving in last week's victory against Jackson, eclipsed that total with 148 yards and two scores.
Darryl Howard added 104 yards rushing on 13 carries with a score.
Sikeston's defense contained NMCC standout G'Darius Stevenson for most of the game, limiting him to 100 yards on his first 26 carries. The senior broke a 57-yard touchdown run with under three minutes left in the contest to boost his final total to 157 yards rushing.
NMCC falls to 1-5 on the season.
