PORTAGEVILLE -- Riding a 14-point lead into the half, the Portageville Bulldogs found their way back to the .500 mark on the season, beating the Scott City Rams 37-13.

Getting things started, Dominique Walker capped a seven play opening drive with a 6-yard run to endzone with 2:31 left in the first quarter.

On his first and only throw of the first half, quarterback Mason Kellams found Tevin Walker for a 48-yard touchdown strike to put the Bulldogs up 14-0 with a little under two minutes left in the second quarter.

Though the Rams opened the scoring in the second half with a 42-yards interception returned for a touchdown by Austin Atchley to bring the Rams to within seven-points of Portageville, the Bulldogs went on a 23-6 run to end the game.
