Sikeston quarterback Trey Lewis threw for 177 yards in the first half with two touchdowns and rushed for 108 yards with three touchdowns.
Sikeston (7-0) scored on its first four possessions and staked a 35-9 halftime lead.
The Bulldogs tallied 519 yards of total offense. Running back Darryl Howard had 102 yards rushing with a touchdown and also had an 80-yard touchdown reception on a screen pass.
Janeil Hatchett caught two passes for 89 yards with a score.
Kennett's Adam Grantham completed 26-of-40 passes for 223 yards. Cameron Wallace caught 13 passes for 116 yards while Andy Lack had 11 receptions for 99 yards.
But the Indians had no running game to go with the passing attack, finishing with minus-28 yards on the ground.
The Indians (2-5) only had two handoffs for runs while the rest were losses on quarterback sacks, scrambles and lateral passes.
