Missouri voters will decide on the issue during Nov. 2 election
JEFFERSON CITY -- It's a real dogfight over whether or not Proposition B is needed in Missouri.
The Humane Society of Missouri, the Humane Society of the U.S. and Wayside Waifs are among the supporters of Proposition B along with many local Humane Societies.
