Trash rate is going up; sewer rate will go down

MINER -- Twice-weekly trash pickup is something worth paying for, according to Miner's Board of Aldermen.

Board members awarded the bid for solid waste pickup to Allied Waste Services of Dexter during their regular monthly meeting Tuesday.
