Water work

Daniel Vilchis connects the water lines for a rural Scott County residence as Art Vilchis and James Tinnin complete the trench Friday afternoon. Scott County Rural Water District No. 4 is now connecting more than 800 residential customers. The contractor for the Water District, Youngs Construction of Hornersville, began making the residential hook-ups this past week.
