Murder charges filed

BENTON -- Murder charges were filed against two individuals following the death of an 17-month-old child.

On Wednesday, Scott County Prosecuting Attorney Paul Boyd charged Tabitha Hail with second degree murder, abuse of a child resulting in death and endangering the welfare of a child.
