JACKSON -- Blake Angle picked up his 100th career victory on Thursday night as the Sikeston wrestlers dropped a double dual at Jackson.

Angle, wrestling in the 119-pound division, pinned McCluer North's Anthony Nichols at 4:49 for the prestigious win.

The Bulldogs came up short against both McCluer North (37-27) and Dexter (37-33) in team points.

"We had to sit one of our kids out of the lineup and that ended up being the difference in both duals," said Sikeston coach Seth Harrell. "We won six of the nine matches against Dexter and McCluer North is a very tough team out of St. Louis."
