Kelly High school senior Stacey Tucker and Principal Dan Hecht examine the new Pep Club shirts being sold by Pep Club sponsor Lindsey Grissom. BENTON -- Scott County R-4 "Kelly" Schools is in the process of developing more extracurricular activities -- including soccer and football programs -- for its students.
