Scott County deputies discover meth operations

BENTON -- Three Scott County residents were arrested for drug-related charges.

Joey Scowden, 38, and Jennifer Carter, 32, of Vanduser, are charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of chemicals, and possession of a controlled substance, according to a news release issued by Sheriff Rick Walter.
