SIKESTON -- Remember to spring forward this weekend.
Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday. Clocks go forward one hour. This means an hour of sleep will be lost, but it will return with standard time on Nov. 6.
However, some people won't be impacted at all. The time change is not observed by Hawaii, most of Arizona, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
