Park Board picks 'good Scout' for local honor

SIKESTON -- Since 1986, the Sikeston Park Board's Honors Board has recognized several volunteers for making significant projects to youth programs in Sikeston.

On May 18, Bonnie Dyer will become the 39th individual -- and second woman -- to be installed on the Board.
