'Catastrophic flash flooding' expected

SIKESTON -- The U.S. Weather Service is warning of the prospect of "catastrophic flash flooding."

After Southeast Missouri was hit time and again with heavy rains throughout the weekend, a flash flood watch is in effect for the entire area.
