Garza arraigned Monday for assault on son

NEW MADRID - A preliminary hearing is set for a man accused of assaulting his one-month-old son.

Ricky Garza, 19, of Canalou was arraigned Monday in Division II of New Madrid County Circuit Court on a charge of first degree assault and bond set at $100,000 cash only.
