Caruthersville break-ins solved

CARUTHERSVILLE -- Several recent break-ins were apparently solved with the arrests of two Caruthersville residents.

At 3:38 a.m. Wednesday, Caruthersville officers responded to a call for a burglary in the 500 block of West 10th Street.
