JACKSON -- The Charleston Woodpeckers saw Jackson's Senior Babe Ruth team sweep both games of a doubleheader on Monday, 10-1 and 15-4.
In the first game, Matt Stueve picked up the win for Jackson going five innings while allowing only two hits and no runs. He struck out five and walked three.
Shawn Hadler had two hits on the contest for Jackson.
In the second game, which Jackson won 15-4, Clay Roth pitched four innings giving up three runs on four hits while striking out three and walking four.
Trent Steffens and Hadler had two hits apiece for Jackson, who now stands at 22-13 on the season.
