Employees of Frank's Home Improvement were at work recently trying to stabilize the caboose at the Sikeston Depot Museum. According to Depot Director Mike Marsh, during recent inspection of the caboose, roof damage and other problems were discovered. A donation from the Sikeston Lions Club paid for the stabilization of the Downtown landmark. According to Marsh, "something major has to be done to save it. However, the recent work will give the Depot Museum's Board time to decide exactly what actions to take." Here, Nicholas Carter works on the caboose.
