ORAN -- Being led by a new head coach, the Oran Lady Eagles will try use an up tempo style offense this season to try and improve on last season's 13-12 record.
"We are very excited about this year," new Lady Eagle's coach Jeremy Brinkmeyer said. We are young, fast and work hard. This will translate into how we will try and play this year. We will try to push the ball up the floor and force turnovers."
Gone is last year's leading scoring Cheyanne King who averaged 20.8 points per game and 11.2 rebounds per game. Other key contributers from last season lost to graduation is Haley Glastetter and Halee Woodfin.
Returners include Chrissy Sauceda, Taylor Nenninger and Addie Keilhofner. They'll be joined by newcomers Allie Cummins, Anna Jones and Kaylen Glastetter.
